In August of 2003, R&S Direct, Inc. passed the milestone of its first decade in business. We recognize that our success could not happen without customers, suppliers and associates. In short, what has made us successful are the fine people we work with on a daily basis. There is no history and no future without you. We give thanks for your patronage, your products and especially to our employees; we thank you for your hard driving faithful service and execution.

The last decade has seen R&S grow from a regional distributor of adhesives to a developer of unique converted products, competing on a national scale. In order to meet the sometimes unusual requirements of adhesive users, R&S became the innovator behind the Pre-Engineered Adhesive Patch (PEAP). Demand has taken off and R&S now designs, engineers, manufactures and markets this wonderful new and useful tool. R&S is truly becoming an industrial company. Again, we couldn’t have done this without customers asking tough questions and our talented associates and suppliers devising incredibly creative solutions.

Certainly this has been a decade marked with change. The growth we’ve experienced in the past makes us keenly aware of the need for preparation for the future. As you can imagine, with a growing pool of industrial customers challenging us for more creative solutions, we are daily confronted with incredible possibility. Providentially, we have a team of creative engineers, service representatives and marketers all eager to get down to the job for making opportunities and ideas become reality.

Thus, somehow a name change that links our past success with growing industrial and manufacturing prowess seems appropriate at this time. As we move away from the old name of R&S Direct, you’ve probably noticed our letterhead now boasts a proud new name and logo.
RS Industrial, Inc. we trust will seamlessly transition into a new era of our company. We hope you won’t notice much, except a more capable company that is continually improving. Our products are bonding technology and connecting things together.
